What would you do with a day of free studio time?

Published by

Any young producer will know that hiring a studio space for a shoot is an expensive game. You’ve got your idea, crew and equipment sorted but the location is going to eat into your budget massively. So how about a helping hand?

East London’s newest film and photography studio FWstudios has launched a takeover competition aimed at championing creativity by giving you the chance of winning a day in its professional studio space.

The offer is open to individuals and companies and all you need to do is explain how you’d use FWstudios here to be in with a chance of winning.

Three winners, selected by a judging panel comprised of FLETCHERWILSON directors Nat Wilson and Rob Fletcher, will receive one day of free studio time and a one-hour pre-production meeting to plan their projects. What’s more is the production team at FLETCHERWILSON will be thrown in to help on the day.

“Our state-of-the-art studio space was built from the ground up by a team of industry experts with one goal – to provide creatives and companies with the best possible studio experience,” said Wilson. “By launching this competition, anyone has the chance to win quality studio space to create their work, which in the current climate is more important than ever.”

“Studio hire costs can be a huge barrier to pursuing creative projects,” added Fletcher. “Removing this financial burden and providing support from our in-house production team means we can help more individuals and companies focus on doing what they do best. “

The competition is open for entries until 21 August 2019 and behind-the-scenes content from the three winners’ takeovers will be posted on FLETCHERWILSON’S social channels for an inside look. Get writing and good luck!
