Senior Product Designer - Tesco Media
Featured job
About the role:
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll help shape the future of Tesco's retail media proposition by designing products and services that connect advertiser demand with available media inventory in ways that create value for both brands and shoppers. You'll work at the intersection of customer experience, commercial strategy and product innovation, balancing shopper missions and expectations with advertiser needs and business objectives. Through research, data and experimentation, you'll uncover opportunities to create intuitive experiences that help teams make better decisions, maximise the value of Tesco's media estate and maintain a trusted, relevant experience for customers.
You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Data & Analytics teams, Commercial stakeholders and Media specialists to turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions. You'll be comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders and using evidence to drive decisions that deliver measurable impact for users and the business.
A strong appetite for human-centred design, systems thinking and data-informed decision making is essential. You'll use and contribute to our digital design system to create accessible, consistent and scalable experiences that help Tesco Media continue to grow and innovate.
