What you'll do:
As a Digital Marketing Manager - Display & Social for Sainsbury's and Nectar, you will play a vital role in leading the planning, activation, and optimisation of our display, programmatic, paid social, organic social, and influencer efforts. Your focus will be on developing and executing a robust strategy to implement an attribution model for biddable media, continually auditing and establishing programme and channel measurement KPIs, and seeking out innovative partners and publishers to drive media buying innovation. You will manage the display and social team, promote data-driven analysis and insights to improve campaign effectiveness, and develop beneficial media partner relationships.

Additionally, you will work closely with brand and design teams to establish creative development plans, collaborate with trading and merchandising managers for promotional campaigns, and oversee your marketing budget while aiming to improve ROI across channels. Overall, your expertise in digital media planning and buying, data literacy, and leadership skills will contribute to the success and growth of our digital marketing initiatives.
