About me
I am a seasoned strategic leader and Head of Strategy at MRM Detroit and MRM Salt Lake City, specializing in Customer Experience (CX), CRM, and Commerce. I am champion for the customer and am committed to building meaningful, lasting relationships with customers, clients, employees and colleagues.
Under my strategic leadership, we have been recognized by the industry for our creativity and effectiveness with a Cannes Bronze Lion, a D&AD Wood Pencil, Silver at New York Festivals, multiple Effies and the Drum Award's Grand Prix. Most recently, I am particularly proud of our "used Barbie Dream Car" campaign for CarBravo, a division of General Motors. The campaign reimagined CarBravo's resale platform as a destination for collectible Barbie Dream Cars.
I have worked with global brands such as McDonald's, Chevrolet, Abbott Labs, US Bank, and General Mills—creating effective, award-winning, relationship building experiences.
