About me

Sue Cartwright is Deputy Managing Director of KISS Communications, a digital-first creative agency in the heart of Cambridge. KISS works with B2B clients principally in the science, tech, agri and education sectors, supporting with a wide range of marketing services across brand strategy, comms planning, design and advertising, websites and e-commerce and campaign activation across channels.

Sue began her career in advertising as a Graduate Trainee at Ogilvy, after completing a degree in History at Cambridge University. Since then, she has worked in a range of agency settings from large scale to boutique consultancies with many renowned organisations.

In 2008 Sue trained as an organisational coach at Ashridge Hult Business School and has in-depth expertise in vision, values and purpose, cultural change and leadership development and is an accredited practitioner of MBTI Step 1.
