About me

Sue Cartwright is Deputy Managing Director of KISS Communications, a digital-first creative agency in the centre of Cambridge, situated in the Pitt Building at the end of Kings Parade. KISS works with B2B clients principally in the science, tech, agri and education sectors, supporting with a wide range of marketing services across brand strategy, comms planning, design and advertising, websites and e-commerce and campaign activation across all channels.

Sue began her career in advertising as a Graduate Trainee at Ogilvy, after completing her degree in History at Cambridge University.

Since then, she has worked in a range of agency settings from large scale to boutique consultancies with many renowned organisations.

In 2008 Sue trained as an organisational coach at Ashridge Hult Business School and has in-depth expertise in vision, values and purpose, cultural change and leadership development and is an accredited practitioner of MBTI Step 1.
