ABOUT

KISS is the creative agency with bold ideas for bold ambition. We took on our most ambitious and scariest client yet - ourselves. We wanted to create visually striking, sector-specific adverts that captured our spirit for our digital advertising.

It’s hard to blow your own trumpet, so we took a tongue-in-cheek approach that drew inspiration from the 1960s style classic copy-led advertising look and feel. With social media’s noisy, fast and colourful feeds competing for everyone’s attention, we wanted a pared back style to cut through the noise and highlight our sector specific expertise.

We activated this through targeted paid media on LinkedIn, with ads including relevant, client specific hooks for the science, agriculture, education and technology sectors we specialise in.

Our aim was to create agency awareness, generate new business leads and show that we’re the best, most creative, knowledgeable and trusted agency within our sector (obviously!).

We took a three-stage approach, with ads to raise awareness, followed by increasing intrigue and then finally, encouraging action by retargeting people to sign up to our agency email newsletter - neatly integrating this campaign within our existing communications strategy. It is now our main form of paid promotion on social media to attract new business.

Our Senior Leadership team was delighted with the outcome of the project and said “Everyone knows that internal projects can be daunting and cause disagreements. However, this was a real coming together of creative minds, revelling in our mission and the wittiest ways to express that to our sectors. The result is a timeless, copy-led campaign we’re really proud of and will be able to run long-term to boost KISS brand awareness and sector-specific publicity.”
