About me
I help teams and leaders think clearly when the environment gets noisy.
My background blends design, strategy, and creative direction. Art was my first language; I learned early how form focuses attention and how clarity moves people. That evolved into a career spent turning complex ideas into clear narratives, messaging systems, tone-of-voice frameworks, and campaign platforms that hold under pressure.
Over 20+ years, I've worked with organisations across sport, culture, finance, and technology, including Nike, Adidas, Microsoft, HSBC, BMW, and UNICEF. Different sectors, same pattern: when complexity increases, coherence is the first thing to slip. My work restores that coherence. I help teams see what matters, align around it, and move forward decisively.
I still stay close to the craft. I shape strategy, guide creative direction, and work collaboratively with teams to ensure the thinking carries through to the work, not just in the deck.
Football remains part of my life, playing, watching, and studying the emotional and cognitive side of performance. It keeps me grounded in the reality of clarity under pressure, not just theory.
Most mornings, I walk with Olive, our dog. Those walks tend to be where the useful ideas show up, the ones I later share to help younger creatives find their footing.
If your challenge involves complexity, pressure, or decision-making at speed, that's where I'm useful.
Happy to talk.
