- Keeps personnel records; Liaises with Government relation department for employee related matters with the Government Authorities.
- Ensures all Employee documents are valid at all times and are in line with the legal requirements
- Responsible to process new visa needs in coordination with the Government Relation Department.
- Responsible to deal with the contract labor suppliers, maintaining proper contracts and monthly processing of the invoices.
- Prepares periodical or specific reports & statistics, responsible for updating HRM system, and ensures that accurate job descriptions are in place.
- Provides assistance to set up staff evaluation schemes and also assist when conducting staff performance evaluations.
- Responsible for employee vacations and air tickets.
