About me

I'm a results-driven Creative Director with a strong record of delivering innovative and impactful marketing campaigns. My expertise lies in creative leadership, strategic planning, and brand development, with a passion for driving business growth through compelling storytelling and engaging visual communication.

As the Creative Director at Launch Digital Ltd, I lead a creative team in developing integrated marketing campaigns for a wide range of clients. I consistently create innovative concepts that align with client goals and resonate with target audiences. I manage every aspect of the creative process, from brainstorming to execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. I also drive the evolution of the company's creative vision, setting best practices for design, copywriting, and user experience.

In my role as a Board Director at the Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce, I provide strategic guidance to help foster the growth of the chamber and local businesses. I act as a liaison between the chamber and business community, promoting collaboration and offering insights during board meetings. I also represent the chamber at various industry events and am honoured to judge the Chamber Business Awards, contributing to the organisation's visibility and reputation.

As a Lecturer at Glasgow Caledonian University, I designed and delivered lectures on digital design with a focus on "design for change." I mentored students in their academic and professional growth, developing curriculum content that aligns with industry trends. Staying updated with the latest advancements in marketing and design allowed me to give students relevant, practical knowledge.

As a Trustee on the Board of Ayr Rugby Club, I help promote the club's inclusive vision and core values of Respect, Enjoyment, Achievement, and Lifestyle. Recognised as Glasgow Caledonian University's Alumni of the Year for my charitable efforts, I am proud to use my expertise to make a meaningful impact professionally and in my local community.

I am committed to using my skills to create positive change in the community. One of my most rewarding collaborations has been with Launch Foods, a Glasgow-based charity that reduces food waste and feeds children. I've organised campaigns like "Kilts Feed Kids," nominated for the Scottish Design Awards' Design for Good category. My work on the Glencairn Glass campaign, "Don't Destroy Your Brand," earned nominations for the Creativepool Annual and a World Brand Design Society Commendation. I also work pro-bono with Design For Good, a collective of designers throughout the world helping to tackle the UN Global Goals. I've worked with them on projects like "Munje Tunusuru Women's Group" helping them break into the digital world, promote their cause of replanting the mangrove forest.
