About me
Nikola is an award-winning Creative Director of Leo Burnett Prague and MSL Czech Republic. Together with her teams she works for IKEA, Heinz, Škoda, Pilsner Urquell, MARS, McDonald's and Amnesty International.
Nikola started her journey as a copywriter in a local digital agency 10 years ago. During her time there she quickly rose to the position of Creative Director.
Born digital, raised on social media, Nikola is now leading the "Act. Not Ad." approach in both of her agencies. Her work was awarded in local and international festivals such as EFFIE, ADC Creative Awards, SABRE Awards, Golden Drum or Eurobest Awards.
She is also a mentor to several advertising and creative schools. Honoured to be part of local and international juries, her biggest passion is to help young people fall in love with advertising and excel in the creative industry.
