That's more than a statement - it's a benediction. It's the foundation of every compelling strategy I've pitched, fought for and built and implemented in the last 20 years as a Creative Director. One that crosses industries, brands, markets and customer segments.
As an extension of that strategy, my job as Creative Director is also to build and maintain inspired, driven teams based on transparency and relationships high in emotional IQ - empathy, peer-to-peer collaboration and critical review. Better teams, better people, better work.
