I founded Polline with a mission: to radically improve how companies communicate and cultivate culture, both inside and out, using creativity, strategy, and a range of cool stuff.
Polline is not just consultancy. It's a movement disguised as a company. We design tools, languages, and experiences that help people work and live better.
As founder, I lead vision, strategy, and product innovation. I'm responsible for turning insight into action, and action into impact. That means developing creative formats, partnerships, and scalable solutions that turn culture in a powerful marketing asset.
We use humour, honesty, and high-quality design to bring serious topics to the table, and to people's hearts.
