About me

I'm Marta, a motion designer, illustrator, and owner of my solo studio Design Mi, where I help brands stand out with bold, engaging visuals. My passion is crafting high-quality animations, illustrations, and marketing assets that don't just look good — they solve business problems.

I started with nothing but passion, hard work, and an obsession with animation. After earning my master's degree from one of Russia's top art academies and working in several ad agencies (where I had a chance to help with launching big animated YouTube shows, ex. 123Go Animated/TeenZ/Actually Happened/AvocadoCouple and to work on explainer videos for huge Russian banks and service providers), I moved to Lisbon and built my career from the ground up.

During my motion design adventure, I was honored to work with global brands like Coca-Cola, LinkedIn, and Miro.

Today, I run my studio, combining creativity with strategy & analytic approach to help companies grow their brands through exceptional motion design. My goal is to help businesses craft a unique visual identity, attract more clients, and build a brand that speaks directly to their audience while providing exceptional work and improving my art & direction skills.
