Love this! And not only do I know and feel this as a new designer, a junior however, I also see a stigma to the age a junior should be. I restrained and changed my career and happy to start at the bottom as I should, to develop and grow but, some junior positions throw in the word ‘young’ which immediately tells me not to apply.
