Rufus Leonard wins gold at Transform Awards

Published by

Last night, we were celebrating after winning a Gold Award at Communicate magazine’s Transform Awards. We picked up a lovely gold butterfly trophy for our rebranding work with Bank of Scotland.

After the initial decoupling from Halifax which re-established Bank of Scotland as a distinct entity, we re-launched the brand with a new identity that demonstrates the bank’s capacity to see life through the eyes of its customers and celebrates its connection to the very fabric of Scotland.

The awards, which are the industry benchmark for rebranding and brand transformation, were held at The Brewery in London and were hosted by BBC Science correspondent Steve Mould who entertained us for the night.

Andrew Thomas, publishing editor of Communicate magazine, said: "The rebranding stories that captured our imaginations and our hearts have been tales of hard work, of fabulous creative thought and of stunning intellectual and strategic insight. Those stories are also the ones being honoured at the Transform Awards. We are very proud to be a footnote in their organisations’ stories by providing a platform from which to recognise the excellence of their changing brand narratives."
