Published by

MPC, the creative studio that specialises in VFX, a sector in which it has been a global leader for over 25 years, recently announced the launch of a new VFX studio in Paris, which will be led by multi award-winning creative director Franck Lambertz, and executive producer Quentin Martin. The new studio will provide high end VFX, motion design and remote grading to the Parisian market. It's located at 84, rue d’Hauteville Paris in the 10th arrondissement and contains the latest in creative and visualisation technology. It will be closely supported by the talent and infrastructure of MPC London and MPC’s wider global studio network, and will be part of MPC’s remote grading network, meaning that clients will be able to choose from a wide range of colourists regardless of where they are based.

Martin joined MPC's London studio several months ago from Prodigious, where he worked on the Orange and AXA accounts. Of the new venture, he said “Joining one of the world’s leading VFX studios is an honour” and is thrilled by “The opportunity to launch MPC in Paris.” He adds that working with Lambertz and having all of the agency's artists, “Irrespective of location, available to clients in Paris is like having an exciting toy box to play with.”

His work on the “Defy” spot for ‘Assassin’s Creed IV” Black Flag was recently awarded a prestigious Gold VFX Cannes Lion, and he regularly collaborates with leading directors around the world. Prior to the recent move back to his native Paris, he also worked at MPC London, and has also been instrumental in the hugely successful launches of both MPC LA and MPC Amsterdam.
