Kieve Ducharme has joined BBD Perfect Storm as its first Operations Director to oversee all aspects of the agency’s operations and production. She was previously at Quiet Storm where she had been overseeing production and operations. Ducharme has integrated experience in branded entertainment, content and broadcast and was previously part of Hogarth, the production arm of WPP, where she built joint ventures with agencies such as Grey London, JWT, RKCR/Y&R and Ogilvy & Mather, overseeing production teams across TV, digital and content production.
