Engine has hired Will Lowe (left) to lead Fuel, its marketing data and analytics consultancy, and promoted former CEO Charles Ping (right) to the new position of Chairman as the company targets further UK and international growth. Lowe joins Fuel from Callcredit Information Group, where he was Managing Director of its Marketing Services division.
