MediaCom North, already one of the biggest billing agency outside London, is setting its sights even higher by creating a new board of directors for the group which now includes the recently acquired Code Computerlove (Code). Paul Cooper, who previously led the Manchester office as managing director, has been promoted to Group Managing Director, overseeing the Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester offices and Code. He will be joined on the group board by Nicola Marsh, who has been promoted to Deputy Managing Director of the Manchester office,
