Publicis Groupe has announced, as predicted by many, that Arthur Sadoun, current head of Publicis Communications, will replace Maurice Levy as chairman and chief executive of Publicis Groupe on June 1. Levy, who has served as CEO of Paris-based holding company for 30 years, will now take on the role of chairman of the supervisory board. Sadoun’s appointment marks the end of an era for Publicis Groupe.
