Cannes Lions 2016: The future of the agency world with iris' Shaun McIlrath

Published by

We bumped into Shaun McIlrath, Joint Global Creative Director at iris Worldwide, to get a little insight about what’s happening within the agency. Iris is working to be one of the most inspiring and innovative agency networks on the planet. On Wednesday iris' #THEREWILLBEHATERS campaign for adidas was awarded a Bronze Integrated Cyber Cannes Lion, so a big congratulations to Shaun and the team.

“The best people at iris throw themselves on hand grenades”

Tackling creative problem solving from a first hand point of view, he shares how they created a really positive environment within the team. Michael Tomes, founder of Creativepool, also inquires about his thoughts on the future of the agency world and discovering broad based creative solutions. He also describes how he didn’t find the talks at the Palais very provocative this year, which supported the launch of our Creative Debates in Cannes!
