What does that involve?
We're toy manufacturers. We make stuff that people want to play with.

How did you get started in the industry?
By being human sponges and soaking up as much as we could.

What would you be doing if you weren't doing that?
Darren: Riding my bike 24/7. Steve: Hanging out at 7/11.

What's your all-time favourite piece of creative work?
I'm On A Boat (featuring T-Pain)

What do you love about your job?
The bowls of Refreshers, Golden Nugget chewing gum and Wham bars in reception.

What do you hate about your job?
Got no time to hate.
