Tell us what you do for a living and who you work for?
I'm the ECD for Havas Worldwide London (formerly EuroRSCG).

What does that involve?
Building an agency that people feel great about working for and with.

How did you get started in the industry?
At the time I had a bright yellow Mk I Capri with a black vinyl roof and no idea what to do with myself. My sister's boyfriend had a convertible Morgan. When I asked him what he did for a living he said he was a copywriter. I thought “I'll do that then.”

What would you be doing if you weren't doing that?
In my dreams a fashion photographer, Screenwriter, Film director, MotoGP rider, Racehorse trainer. In reality it terrifies me to think what I would have ended up doing. I still wake up everyday thinking today is the day I'll be rumbled.

What's your all-time favourite piece of creative work?
I don't really have one. Changes every day.

What do you love about your job?
Waking up and wondering what will happen today.

What do you hate about your job?
Like Honda said, “Hate Something, Change Something” I don't sit around hating anything, I find the positive.

Tell us your favourite website
Racing PostBBC i-Player and Twitter as a news feed.

If you could give one piece of advice, what would it be?
Do as you would be done by.
