Tell us what you do for a living and who you work for?
I work for Bartle Bogle Hegarty as the deputy executive Creative Director and I am also deputy president of D&AD. I am creative director for the global and European OMO business, and I am creative director on Yeo Valley and Creative Leader on all BBH's Unilever business- as well as trying still to do the odd ad myself. I am part of the management team for the international cluster called SIX in BBH.

What does that involve?
I am preparing for my presidency of D&AD in September which will be their 50th year; we launched the white pencil initiative last week.

How did you get started in the industry?
I had a placement at CDP who told me a little "hotshop" called BBH needed some freelance over Christmas, I got the work and have been here ever since.

What would you be doing if you weren't doing that?
I'd be doing arty things in Cornwall.

What do you love about your job?
I love having ideas and then being able to realise them with the most talented individuals.

What do you hate about your job?
Not realising those ideas.

Tell us your favourite website?
I'm afraid its Ebay.

If you could give one piece of advice, what would it be?
Try to make everyday fun.
