With over 7 years of experience in the transport sector, I have a deep understanding of the customer journey, the competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment.
I leverage my skills and passion from theatre, music production, entertainment and leisure & tourism to deliver innovative and engaging campaigns that showcase the value and quality of our services. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all channels and platforms. My goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and to support the growth and sustainability of the railway industry.
