Video Producer
Job
About us:
DMG New Media builds social-first brands reaching hundreds of millions of people every month across news, sport, lifestyle, entertainment and culture. Eliza.co.uk is our fashion and beauty destination - budget-friendly, personality-led, and built for the way people actually discover style today: on the street, in their feed, in their face.
We're growing our video output across long and short form, and we need a producer who gets this world instinctively.
The role:
You'll produce video content end-to-end for Eliza and a portfolio of lifestyle, fashion and food brands - from street-style interviews and hauls to brand partnerships and longer editorial features. The formats are established, the pace is real, and the quality bar is high. You'll work alongside the creative lead to take ideas from treatment to publish, week after week, without losing the warmth and energy that makes this content connect.
Some output is branded, which means delivering to client brief and approval cycles while keeping the editorial feel intact. Strong creative instincts are welcome here - if you have an idea, pitch it.
What you'll do:
- Produce shoots end-to-end across fashion, beauty and food - planning, logistics, on-the-day, through to delivery
- Run recurring formats (think street interviews, OOTDs, hauls, taste tests) with consistency in quality and feel across every drop
- Source locations, contributors, talent and kit - including casting members of the public on location
- Bring creative ideas to the table: new episode concepts, format twists, pitches that fit the Eliza voice
- Support the creative lead on treatments, scripts, video structure and packaging, sharpening content for retention on YouTube
- Oversee the post-production workflow (collaborating with our in-house editors) to ensure snappy, platform-native pacing
- Deliver branded episodes to client brief, managing approvals alongside the editorial calendar
- Use performance data to learn what's landing and refine accordingly
What you'll bring:
- A track record producing lifestyle, fashion or food video at a regular cadence - series or recurring formats preferred
- Social platform expertise, with a focus on YouTube
- Hands-on shoot experience across location and studio; you can run a set without hand-holding
- Confidence approaching and filming members of the public - rapport, release forms, fast turnarounds
- A genuine feel for the fashion and beauty content landscape, and what makes it perform
- Creative instinct: ideas of your own, and the judgement to know when to push a format and when to protect it
- Experience producing branded or commercial content to client brief is a strong plus
- Proficiency with Sony cameras and filming on iPhones
- A working knowledge of Premiere Pro is highly desirable
Package Description:
Our benefits package increases the longer you’ve been with us. Here’s what to expect:
