Our Essex based client is an established creative agency working with leading tech and B2B brands across the U.S., UK, Europe, and Asia. Their mission is to drive human-to-human communications through engaging animation and video projects. The Position:

As a Senior Motion and Video Creative, you will be a key member of their in-house design studio, collaborating with the Creative Director and other designers and production staff. You will take on a variety of motion-based projects, conceptualising, storyboarding, developing designs and animations, and managing post-production. You’ll interact with clients and team members proactively, ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.

The Key Responsibilities:

• Take and interpret creative briefs from clients, the client services team, or the Creative Director.
• Plan and produce engaging and visually compelling storyboards.
• Accurately quote timelines and project milestones to meet client expectations.
• Produce end-to-end animations: designing, editing, animation, sound selection, voiceover sourcing, compositing, and post-production.
• Work on brand positioning videos, product explainers, social media snippets, and more.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining high standards of creativity.
• Take ownership of visual detail and animation timing.
• Collaborate effectively with our creative teams.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Employ lateral thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Collaborate with third-party partners such as translation specialists and voiceover artists.
• Present and communicate your work clearly and concisely to customers.
• Provide strong file management and organisational skills.
• Interpret feedback to make improvements using creativity and logic.
• Maintain commercial awareness in project management and delivery.
• Act professionally, with integrity, and have fun.
