Senior Art Director

For fifteen years, an indie, senior team in Buffalo has done the kind of destination and brand campaign work that has moved a multitude of people to get up and go places. And right now, we’re looking for a Senior Art Director to help lead our creative team. 

This is a maker’s job and a leader’s role. 

You’ll concept and art-direct campaigns across brand, digital, social, broadcast, and the occasional gloriously ambitious destination shoot. You’ll set the visual bar, mentor designers, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with us in the pitch room. You report to the founders--there is no committee between your idea and the client. 

You probably: 

• think in ideas first, then make them beautiful 
• Have the technical skills to bring those ideas to life in multiple channels 
• have a portfolio that mixes brand systems, campaigns, and craft 
• can run a photo/video shoot and a client room with equal calm 
• make the people around you better 
• Are passionate about the industry and are on top of all the latest cutting edge tools 
• are curious about where AI tools help the work
