We’re looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Manager to drive efficiency and growth for our brands. Working across Hive, our innovative eco-tech brand leading the way in smart home sustainability - you’ll work across the range of Hive’s eco tech offering on campaigns and activities including partner channels, marketing communications assets and delivering events.

Working across multiple projects, campaigns and initiatives, you’ll collaborate with colleagues from across the business to create activity that drives real business impact and growth.

We are looking for someone with strong marketing communications experience to work within a commercial and scale-up environment. Someone who is excited by the idea of rolling up their sleeves to deliver brilliant marketing activity and be part of a fast-moving team.

Here's what you'll be doing?

• Deliver end-to-end marketing communications activity across Hive-owned and partner channels, executing campaigns and initiatives that support commercial growth priorities (including key propositions such as Solar, Power+ and Hive Installer Club) in line with the direction set by the Marketing and Partnership Leads

• Develop and produce high-quality marketing content and assets, including educational videos, emails, case studies and how‑to guides, working with in-house specialists, utilising AI tools and agency partners

• Lead on marketing delivery of events, including partner activations, trade events, and campaign launches, ensuring seamless execution and strong brand presence. To include Installer Show Live, Screwfix Live & selected B2C events

• Enable partner marketing activation, supporting the delivery of co-marketing programmes, ensuring Hive messaging is correctly implemented across partner channels and aligned to brand and commercial objectives

• Support the planning and execution of integrated go-to-market communications, translating commercial briefs into clear, channel-ready messaging across CRM, web, social, content, and partner channels to ensure consistency and impact

• Working closely with Digital Performance teams, supporting on strong creative & commercial delivery through marketing comms

Here's what we're looking for:

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Experience managing external agencies or third-party suppliers

• Ability to work across multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment

• Strong marketing communications experience and proven delivery

• Outstanding attention to detail

• Ability to deliver independently from brief to execution

• Event management experience

• A proactive user of AI tools and demonstration of this

• Experience of working with B2B & B2B2C channels preferred
