GRAPHIC DESIGNER -- STRATUS & FREAKMOUNT

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Scope: Consistent execution that meets commercial professionalism while throwing in artistic flair, across two sister brands

About Us:

We build two premium, digital-first brands with very different souls. STRATUS is winter headwear that’s editorial, performance-driven, and  made for extreme athletes and dedicated enthusiasts. FreakMount is a motorcycle phone mount crafted for custom Harleys, curated, rooted in builder culture and craft. Different worlds, same standard: nothing generic, nothing half-assed, everything made with intent.

The Role:

You'll deliver design execution across email, brand, and physical touchpoints for both brands. One day you're building an email flow for a winter beanie performance drop; the next you're laying out packaging or POS that has to feel at home in a custom motorcycle shop so you need to move between those two voices without flattening either one.

Core Skills:

• Strong visual sensibility and design taste
• Figma proficiency
• Process and an opinion when designing email templates and brand assets
• POS and packaging design experience

Responsibilities:

• Email design end-to-end in Figma with scalable, repeatable templates, with creative twists
• Build and manage creative email flows for content distribution in Klaviyo
• Design POS materials and packaging as needed
• Produce social and campaign assets as needed
• Hold the brand line across both STRATUS and FreakMount
• Work independently and move fast in a small team
