We're hiring: 3-4-month design work experience placement
Starting in August, we're looking for a designer to join our marketing team at STEP CONNECT2 during our busiest and most exciting period of the year. The role is based in Tunbridge Wells and offers a flexible working pattern.
If you're a recent graduate or early-career designer, this is a genuine chance to build a portfolio fast. You'll work across social media creative, brochures, event comms and onsite design, learning directly from our Graphic Designer and wider marketing team.
What you'll need:
- A strong creative eye and a passion for design
- Comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop - Premiere Pro a bonus)
- Happy to take direction, take feedback and juggle a few projects at once
- Calm under pressure when things get busy
This is a fixed-term, 3/4-month contract, ideal for someone looking to get real experience in a fast-paced events environment.
