At Mars Snacking, we’re redefining how we build some of the world’s most iconic brands. Guided by our One Demand Vision, we create meaningful consumer connections by delivering the right experience, at the right time, through the right channels. By combining creativity, consumer insight and technology, we drive sustainable growth while building brands that people love today and for generations to come.

As Director, Brand & Content – Orbit, Extra, Freedent & Yida (OEFY), you will lead the development of breakthrough creative campaigns across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of globally recognised brands. Working within the Europe & Central Eurasia Brand & Content team, you will shape regional and global brand communications, bringing consumer-first, platform-led ideas to life through the Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned + Commerce (PESO+C) framework.

This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence across the business. You will partner closely with Regional Brand, Media and PR teams, as well as global stakeholders and agency partners across Europe and the US, to create world-class brand experiences that drive growth, build relevance and elevate creative excellence.

Supporting the VP Brand & Content, you will also play a key role in the global stewardship of the OEFY portfolio, helping to shape the future of these iconic brands and take their creativity and performance to the next level.
What are we looking for?

  • Significant marketing leadership experience, including extensive expertise in brand building, strategic marketing and communications.
  • Proven track record delivering impactful content, campaigns and brand platforms for leading consumer brands.
  • Experience working across multiple markets, with strong cross-cultural awareness and a global mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to build influential relationships across senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver ambitious outcomes.
  • Creative, commercially astute and relentlessly driven, with the curiosity, resilience and executional excellence to turn bold ideas into impactful results
  • Inspiring leader with experience driving transformational change and building capability across teams and markets.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority; people management experience is advantageous.
  • Agency, in-house agency and/or client-side marketing experience preferred.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Develop breakthrough, consumer-first campaigns and brand experiences across Orbit, Extra, Freedent and Yida, aligned to regional and global strategies and delivered through the PESO+C framework.
  • Champion creative excellence, driving best-in-class work that delivers business growth from brief through to market execution.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams, agencies and external partners to deliver integrated, end-to-end brand communications.
  • Own the creative development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and with efficient production solutions.
  • Support regional and global growth objectives through strategically aligned brand communications and integrated campaign planning.
  • Define PESO content requirements and establish clear ownership, accountability and delivery processes.
  • Partner across functions and markets to ensure ideas scale effectively across geographies, audiences, platforms and channels.
  • Support global brand stewardship activities, including leadership engagement forums and key stakeholder communications.
  • Drive the development of creative briefs and engagement strategies that enable award-worthy, industry-leading work.
  • Manage agency and partner performance, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, scope and commercial commitments.
  • Partner with Media teams to measure campaign effectiveness, optimise performance and maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand safety, compliance and timely content approvals.
  • Leverage consumer insights and content testing to maximise campaign effectiveness and audience impact.
  • Act as a guardian of brand equity, ensuring all communications consistently align with brand guidelines and standards.
