The Role:
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own Jigsaw's social presence end-to-end — from strategy and content planning through to community management and performance reporting. You'll be the social media specialist in the marketing team, working closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure social activity supports brand and commercial goals, while also rolling up your sleeves to plan, create, and post content day to day.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and own the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, aligned to seasonal collections and brand campaigns
• Build and manage the content calendar in partnership with design, buying, e-commerce and marketing teams
• Identify content themes, formats, and platform opportunities that strengthen Jigsaw's brand positioning
Content & Community:
• Plan, brief, and where appropriate create content (stills, video, Reels/TikTok) that reflects Jigsaw's aesthetic and tone of voice
• Manage day-to-day community engagement - comments, DMs, and proactive engagement with followers and friends of the brand
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and freelancers/agencies as needed
Paid & Partnerships:
• Manage social boosting budget and campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team
• Identify and manage influencer and partnership opportunities, including supporting initiatives like the Jigsaw Foundation's cultural sponsorships
Reporting & Optimisation:
• Track performance across channels, report on KPIs, and translate insights into action
• Stay ahead of platform trends and competitor activity in the contemporary/luxury womenswear space
Cross-functional:
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure social activity ties into broader campaigns, store activity, and PR moments
• Brief and align with retail and ecommerce teams around key launches and sale periods
What We're Looking For:
• 2-4+ years' experience in a social media role, ideally within fashion, retail, or a lifestyle brand
• A strong eye for visual storytelling and a clear understanding of what makes content perform on each platform
• Confident managing a content calendar and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Some understanding of paid social and social boosting
• Analytical enough to read performance data and adjust strategy accordingly
• A genuine interest in fashion and an instinct for Jigsaw's brand voice
What You'll Get:
• Ownership of a well-loved British brand's social presence
• A collaborative marketing team and direct line to senior leadership
• Generous staff discount
• Extra day off for your birthday
• Office socials
