At CAVU, our purpose is to find new and better ways to make airport travel seamless and enjoyable for everybody - from the smallest ideas to the biggest transformations. Every day is an opportunity to create better travel experiences.
From our revenue-accelerating single-platform technology, Propel, through to our world-class hospitality venues including 1903 and Escape Lounges, our solutions make travel smoother for passengers and more profitable for our clients and partners.
We know that to bring your best ideas, you need the space to think, the support to grow, and the freedom to be your authentic self. Whether you're working from our offices, from home, in our lounges, or on the road, we provide an environment where you can create, innovate, and help transform airport travel.
Together, we can reach new heights. Together, we are CAVU.
The Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our Intelligent Performance team and help grow one of our most important digital marketing channels.
Working closely with the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager and Senior Affiliate Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering high-performing affiliate campaigns that drive bookings, revenue and profit across our global travel products.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience in affiliate or performance marketing who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. You'll work with a wide range of affiliate partners, monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with teams across the business to ensure we're delivering best-in-class campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the setup, QA and day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns across multiple travel brands.
- Building relationships with affiliate partners including content publishers, deal sites and technology partners.
- Monitoring campaign performance against bookings, revenue and profit targets.
- Producing reports and analysing data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
- Supporting seasonal campaigns, promotional activity and peak trading periods.
- Working closely with internal marketing and commercial teams to ensure affiliate activity aligns with wider business priorities.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy across campaign delivery and reporting while continuously looking for ways to improve processes.
About You:
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, building relationships and delivering measurable marketing results.
You'll bring:
- Some experience in affiliate, partnerships or influencer marketing, whether through an internship, placement year or a similar marketing role.
- An understanding of digital marketing and performance-based marketing channels.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence analysing data and using insights to improve campaign performance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Competent Excel skills (or similar reporting tools).
- A proactive mindset with a genuine sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience within travel or e-commerce, along with knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Awin, CJ or Partnerize, would be advantageous but isn't essential.
Most importantly, you'll be commercially curious, eager to learn and excited by the opportunity to help grow a global affiliate programme.
What is in it for you?
Our benefits include:
- 25 days holiday, increasing with service (up to 28)
- Option to buy up to 10 extra days + 4 flexible bank holidays
- 10% company pension
- Annual bonus scheme
- On-site gym
- MediCash scheme
- A range of flexible benefits and discounts, including up to 50% off CAVU products such as Escape Lounges and Airport Parking
- Rail and retail discounts
- 2 paid volunteering days per year
- Access to health & wellbeing events, ID&E activities, and learning opportunities
- Formal and informal development options, including mentoring programmes and learning grants
