About us

JHP is a design consultancy based in London whose work involves everything and anything to do with retail and hospitality. Established in 1979, it is one of the world’s longest established design consultancies

and has offices in London and Seoul.

We design stores, hotels and shopping centres, the buildings they are in, we design the brand names and logos over their doors, the ads that sell their product, the interior environment, the things the staff say and the uniforms they wear, the music you hear, the images you see, the messages you read, the website, the social stuff, the packaging around the product and the bag you take it home in.

JHP’s projects can be seen on little high streets and in great city centres, in discount parks and in luxury department stores, on cruise liners and in international airports.

Our primary motivations are the commercial success of its clients and the improvement in the quality of their customers’ lives. World Retail Awards winner in 2013.
