with a digital platform to improve user experience in the lighting purchase journey.
● Convinced Philips managers to focus on the new business opportunity in consumer luminaire market to enhance customer satisfaction and execute the project result in 2016.
● Developed a new digital 'customer experience feedback program' in Philips to organise results from customer satisfaction surveys for Philips employees. The project has empowered more than 120 employees to have customer-centric mindsets.
