About me

Creative Director and design leader with over 15 years' experience building brands, leading high-performing teams, and creating campaigns and experiences that connect storytelling with commercial impact.

Most recently at Sky Creative, I helped grow the creative function of one of Europe's largest in-house creative organisations, building an integrated advertising design team to more than 70 talented creatives while helping raise the bar of creative output across Sky's portfolio of brands.

My background started in design, but over the years my role has evolved far beyond the craft alone. Today, I sit at the intersection of creative direction, brand storytelling, organisational leadership, culture building and creative transformation, bringing together multidisciplinary teams and creating environments where ambitious work can thrive.

I've led award-winning campaigns, contributed to major brand evolutions, partnered closely with marketing and C-suite leadership teams, and worked across everything from integrated campaigns, live experiences and purpose-led creative, through to AI-enabled creative operations and scalable design systems.

What drives me most is helping brands solve real-world problems through creativity, while helping talented people do the best work of their careers.

My foundation in design continues to shape my creative craft, but my experience leading teams has taught me that the best work comes from emotionally resonant storytelling, inclusive leadership, and cultures built on collaboration, curiosity and ambition.

I'm equally passionate about the future of creativity, continually exploring how AI, technology and new creative workflows can enhance craft, unlock innovation and help teams move faster without losing the human thinking at the centre of great ideas.

At the heart of it all, I still believe the same thing I did when I started: great creative work should move people.
