- Manage freelance retouchers and ensuring quality of their work.

- Give support and guidance to the photographer.

Previous roles include working with the Media Operations Group as a Photographer and ENG Camera Operator. I also worked as a retoucher and freelance photographer with clients ranging from BBC to Red Bull.
