About me

Over the last 16 years, I've worked for some of London's top agencies (R/GA, AKQA, Karmarama, DigitasLBi et al) on the world's most-loved brands (Dulux, Guinness, Nike, British Airways, IKEA, etc). Most recently, I've been working at Blippar, exploring the creative intersection where visual search meets augmented reality.

Along this journey, I've noticed how little gender diversity has changed. So I founded Creative Equals, an initiative to move every creative department 50/50 from the bottom to the top over the next five years.

Here's why.

- Just 24% of advertising's creative agencies are female

- 12% of CDs are female

- You can count the CCOs in London on one hand.

What started as an 'initiative' is now a powerful force for change. We are partnered with the UK's leading organisations, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Creative Circle, BIMA, IPA, WACL, SheSays, Creative Social, Stripes, Silicon Beach, The Girlhood. Some of our stories have been featured in The Times, The Guardian, The Evening Standard, Campaign, The Drum, Creative Review and LBBOnline.

And, more importantly, the first of the UK's most forward-thinking agencies are trailblazing real change with us, including R/GA, AnalogFolk, Mr President, DigitasLBi, Wunderman, Creature London.

As part of this work, I've become a BIMA Hot 100, D&AD Judge and Campaign Top 10 Trailblazer.
