- Creating, downloading and checking schedules with correct timings for all programmes and sending to transmission.

- Ensuring all schedules have correct promos, fillers, idents, DSKs etc.

- Inserting and updating promos in Broadcast Master with house numbers, titles, time codes and TX dates.

- Quality checking other channels schedules, downloading them and if needed, making amendments.

- Responsible for the PPL and wishlist of promo. Ensuring that ingest dates are adhere to by producers and production assistants. Amending wishlist and the PPL if there are any changes. If necessary adjusting the schedule.

- Ensuring premieres and stunts are promoted extensively across all channels

- Liaising with other departments (creative services, acquisitions, transmission, programme logistics).

- Liaising with Programme Planners and Managers regarding wishlists, promos, fillers, films.
