Re : Freelance Retoucher

I have studied and worked within art and design related environments for some time now. I finished both college and university with high grades whilst studying a variety of

artistic directions but usually with an emphasis on graphic illustration and digital design. Since then I have worked artistically for both companies and for myself as a freelance

illustrator, designer and retoucher.

As you will be aware from my CV, I have been working for ASOS in a freelance capacity as a 'retoucher' since September of 2011. This role was mainly focused around catalogue photos for use on the online store. My average output per day was between

images and work ranged from high res fashion shoots of models to small items of jewellery, cut outs and splash pages. I have vastly enjoyed my time with the company but due to a lack of available work going forward, I am actively looking for more reliable work elsewhere. With my creative experience and proven ability to manage and maintain the highest work standards, I feel I will be able to make a significant contribution to your retouching production team. I feel that I have the required skill sets to perform this job very well and any that I may not, I am confident I will be able to obtain whilst working. Furthermore, any work I undertake will be created out of my love for art and design thus always ensuring a high standard of quality.
