Dear Hiring Manager,

My name is Ziyi Cao, I am a creative and adaptable Graphic & Digital Designer with a background in visual communication design（BA）and fine art （MA）.I applied for the Graphic Designer at Ditto . I'm writing to gain myself a precious chance for an interview.

My career passion lies in brand design and digital content within performance marketing and e-commerce. My academic background and hands-on design-related experience has equipped me with solid understanding in brand systems, campaign production, and print/digital artwork; Besides, I have previously worked at lanshi advertising Companv Ltd. (Junior Graphic Designer, remote) and Shanghai Jiashang Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Digital Marketing Designer, on-site).Through this experience working on production-ready artwork, e-commerce creatives, and multi-ratio social/motion assets, I have gained strong visual judgement and honed my communication skill. I also had the opportunity to work on performance marketing for WasabiDrama (YouTube thumbnails and short-form edits) and e-commerce campaigns at Shanghai Jiashang, which enhanced my leadership in file governance and cross-team coordination, and I have accustomed myself to work in a high standard and results-driven working environment.

With all the skills and experience I have acquired from my past internships focusing on the variety of jobs related to graphic design and digital content, and an outstanding academic background with a firm understanding of design principles, typography, layout and pre-press standards, I believe my collaborative working style, meticulous attention to craft and systems thinking coupled with my proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and Figma would make me a great fit for this position. I am impressed by the performance of Ditto in the past few years and the significant responsibilities given to Graphic Designer .
