About me
Hi, my name is Ziem and I have been designing my way through London's creative industry for the last 20 years, from Junior up to Design Director role.
My most recent roles include: 5 years as Head of Design at DDB Remedy and 4 years as Design Director at
Lucid Group.
I have experience in multiple sectors, from Tech to Healthcare, with past clients ranging from Google to ITV to Pfizer. I have led multi disciplinary teams of all shapes and sizes, built Design Departments from scratch, expanded and coached existing teams etc.
I love building brands, fine tuning the right visual tone of voice across all media, from motion to UX. I build lasting relationships both internally and with clients and pride myself on my ability to navigate complex challenges.
