I am currently the Web Consultant at Al Hutaib Computers & Network Solutions, Dubai.
This role requires me lead the entire web projects including outsource relations in Bangalore, Bangladesh & Pakistan.

- Successfully got deputed to RadioOne to eliminate slow performance issues, reduce the backlog, improve the change management process and account profitability
- Proactively coordinated multiple medium & small sized projects for Momentum, FP7 & Dubai Programs in a mature onshore / offshore model
- Pivotal role in completing delayed projects essential for operational efficiency by identifying and solving complex technical problems using interdisciplinary teams; restricted the schedule delay to 25%
