About me

I am a Graphic Information Designer with screen, web and print-based experience, currently seeking for work. I have superb skills in all software applications required for the position. My aim is to bring effective and engaging visual solutions to both web and print based communication problems.

My visual style is elegant with strong attention to detail. Throughout my design career I have developed an understanding of the need for effective design solutions; information to be structured and clearly presented using media suited to the content and the ideas that are to be conveyed. I am able to combine both my practical and artistic ability to create visual solutions to communication problems. I believe in humane design and think that a designed product print or web based should combine cognitive, cultural, physical, and social factors.

I am highly competent in using both Mac and PC. I have excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Desktop Publishing) and various design-aided software applications, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, Dreamweaver, Flash, QuarkXPress, Visual Studio, HTML, XML,CSS and ASP.Net.

My aim as a Graphic Information Designer is to enable the user to access, retrieve and navigate through aesthetically effective information easily in any form. I enjoy the challenge of finding design solutions to suit the needs of the end-user/s and the needs for my client.
