I am writing in response to your advertisement on your website. After receiving a 2:1 in Product and Furniture design BSc from Kingston University I believe I have the skills, creativity and the passion that this position requires. I am self-motivated, problem solving and highly ambitious.

My Current role as Cardboard engineer & POS Designer has provided me the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your company. When given design criteria I am able to envisage a variety of creative designs and with my knowledge of materials as well as scale and costing I am able to see these ideas through to production. The engineering side of my degree allows me to design products that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. I am very meticulous and all the work I produce is to a high standard.

I am highly proficient with computers and able to convert my designs into C.A.D and Adobe Suite accurately. Working at W.H Skinner & Hyperion Bespoke furniture I had to employ these skills regularly in order to show our customers a diverse range of bespoke products, which matched their needs.

From working in retail I have developed excellent communication and people skills. I am able to easily interact with the public as well as my peers to provide excellent customer service and to boost sales.
