About me
Hello! I'm a passionate senior level designer with over 9 years of experience at digital and marketing agencies. This experience has enabled me to work with a wide range of different sectors including the fashion industry, eCommerce, health industry, tech industry, non-profit organizations, travel agencies, food industry, and other niche markets. My prime responsibilities as a senior designer were to speak with clients to understand their user design needs and to create prototypes, user flows and wireframes, design layouts, patterns, controls, and actions that are user friendly, sophisticated, and up-to-date with the latest design trends as solutions to client challenges.
My role has involved collaborating with the project management team and the art director to refine strategies for the best user experience. I am well adapted to fast-paced work environments with tight deadlines, while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail and high quality, user-friendly design work. I'm an excellent communicator and team player, and I'm calm under pressure.
I am highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Flash, Sketch, and Invision to use as tools throughout the design process of creating responsive web designs, UI designs, UX wireframes, and mobile application designs. I also have comprehensive knowledge of CSS and HTML5 that enables me to interact with frontend developers and to design with the standard 12 column grid structure and to design around coding limitations.
Working for agencies that have a diversity of clients for so many years has enabled my designs and processes to be adaptable and evolving based on my research on the current market and client competition. Whatever is out there, my aim is to design something better, more intuitive, and reflective of the best and latest design trends.
While high quality visual aesthetics play a significant role in my final design, it's fundamentally important to create design that solves the problems my clients present, specifically to create solutions related to user experience.
