Hello!

This is Yanqing Zhu from MA digital arts at Camberwell college of Art. Currently, I just finished my Ma course.

Having a special fondness towards art design, I have devoted considerable amount of time and energy to my study. As I delved deeper into my studies, my interest in this specialty increased correspondingly. After more than 5 year studying in digital media field, I have leant sufficient knowledge in this part. My areas of expertise lie in 2D animation (computer drawing) and illustration, as such, I have a good knowledge of animation, video art, advertising and I have a great enthusiasm for the marketing and management part. I am a frequent user of Photoshop, Painter, CorelDraw, Premiere, Word, Excel and I familiar with After Effect, Flash. Meanwhile I do not like to describe myself as a bookworm because I am aware that further development in arts design requires more professional knowledge and life experiences. I joined Department of Art Performance of Student Union and got involved in such activities as Top 10 Singers", the third dancing competition "Youth, Dance", etc. My ability in coordination and organization availed me to become the President of Student Union in the third year. These experiences improved my decision-making and problem-solving abilities as well as interpersonal communication, making me realize the need to learn from others, and becoming broad-minded.

I understand that my work experience in university may not be appropriate for the real workplace. My intention is to increase practical experience at the workplace and fully integrate my knowledge into the real situations.
