About me
Before I arrive in London, I studied Visual Communication Design and Interaction Design at Hunan University. At that point, I have acquired a wealth of basic visual communication design and Interaction design knowledge and skills. During my undergraduate study, I have been interned as a visual designer at the design Department of Hunan Province People's Government English Website Centre. While at the same time I also have taken part in an interactive system design project which is about virtual reality in crane operation process.
After that, I worked at Lenovo Research Institute as a user experience designer in Beijing. It is not only an experience for me to practice knowledge which is acquired from university, but also is a important process for finding my weakness.
For the time being, I am studying Media and Art technology at Queen Mary London of University. During the first term, I have known how to use processing, Arduino and MAX for achieving my design ideas. My final IDMT project is a typical example which is about designing for nails and computer screen. In the future I also prefer to do more research about transformation in wearables and Human-computer interaction design.
