Xavier URITY is a creative director, teacher and head of the advertising programm at e-artsup (creative school) in 2021.
During his career in advertising, with over a decade of experience in the field, he worked for famous agencies in France (Mullen Lowe, Fred&Farid, BETC, Publicis & Serviceplan). His experience in advertising has allowed him to win numerous awards such as the Innovation Award in 2018 and the European Talent Awards the same year. Award for Freelance Creative of the Year in Europe that he won at only 26. He subsequently worked as a freelance with major luxury brands such as Dior, Valentino, Armani and Clarins.
In 2019, he is recalled and becomes a teacher in creative advertising at the e-artsup school, the school that trained him himself. Xavier is convinced that creativity will change the world in a positive way and that it is very important to train students who will be the generation that will change everything. Its impact on students is immediate. From his first year, he places his students in shortlist and at the head of the prestigious CDA competition, which he himself won when he was a student. Subsequently its curriculum taught in all e-artsup schools in France. He then became the head of national advertising education, with nearly 150 students.
For the past 12 months his commitment to his students is unlimited. He participates in large-scale projects such as the
- Mlle Pitch awards and CO (French creative competition for NGO).
- Act responsible which brings awareness on responsible campaigns from around the world.
In 2021, his campaign for the Abbé Pierre Foundation was shortlisted for the Mlle Pitch awards and Co creativity competition and it was also selected to appear in the exhibition at Cannes Great ad for Good.
Xavier is an inspiring and involved creative who manages through his teaching to change the vision of his students on creativity. He succeeds in placing them in shortlist and won all the competitions in which his students participate (Art Director Club, D&AD Newbloob, Les Chatons d'or, Mlle Pitch Awards, Les étoiles de la pub).
He is a confident and inspiring speaker. Through each of her teaching and project he is passionate about and committed to doing better everyday. He bases his teaching on lateral thinking, understanding the world today, the power of creativity and the gratitude of doing this profession.
On a personal level, Xavier is a member of the creative board of Épidémie d'Amour. A non-profit organization that helps homeless people.
At only 29 years old, Xavier Urity is a committed creative and an inspiration for the future generation that he pushes towards excellence. Thanks to all his actions, he is one of the most award-winning freelance creative of the decade under the age of 30.
Today he divides his time between creative at mediamonks for BMW and MINI brands and head of advertising at e-artsup.
